For organisations, it is imperative to understand its core assets which are its people within the organisation. Hence, it is extremely important to understand the employee’s needs and wants to motivate them. Research within the Organisational Development involving employees requires a great deal of sensitivity and organisational understanding and at SD PAM we have a wealth of experience in engaging with employees at various levels of the organisation and extract information on various issues. Within the last year, we carried out employee satisfaction surveys, interviews, focus groups to analyse various qualitative and quantitative information on organisational and cultural issues.
