We provide consultancy to SMEs and corporates on how to improve efficiency through capacity building strategy. We carry out SWOT analysis on individual employees or departments and find out ‘non-value added’ services they offer. We then realign their service delivery with the corporate objectives and build their capacity through an integrated training program which enabled employees to take on more responsibilities and build the capacity of the organisation.
